A picture's worth 1000 words. Get ready for approximately 120,000. To ring in the New Year, Jen, Evan and I have gone through the hours of video I took at the A29 march against the Republican National Convention in New York City, picked the best images, added music and put this (choose greed_kills_love_heals.mov, I'll explain in another post) together.

I was a little hesitant to use Lux Aeterna as the the audio track. After all, it seems that everyone's jumped on the bandwagon since the Konos Quartet used it for the Requiem for a Dream soundtrack. We used a modified cut of the Lord of the Rings version for this, and while I still have thoughts that there might have been something else that would have also worked, I'm quite happy with the result.

Update: I realize there's no audio. I'll try to figure that out.
